About Us
The GSA (Gay-Straight Alliance or Gender and Sexuality Awareness) is a student-led clubthatprovides a safe and supportive environment for
LGBTQ+
youth, their allies, as well as students who have LGBTQ+ parents and family members.
The GSA provides awareness programs for the school community about coming out, how to support LGBTQ+ friends and family, issues that impact the LGBTQ+ community such as homelessness, suicide, violence, etc, and observes national activist dates such as:

and more
The group also has a social component and students form friendships that carry over outside of school. Students will also present panels in classrooms this fall.
